we'll fix the problem as soon as possible. If you're
experiencing a problem with downloading video clips, the
solution for this is to right click the link and go down to
where it says "save target as...". We recommend that you
save the file in a place you can access easily (like the desktop
or in a specified folder). You may have to rename the file
if your browser doesn't automatically select the correct name
for the file during downloading. Once the file is
complete, double click on it and launch it directly from your
hard drive.
